- Select the desired item(s) and size(s) from our preorder collection and proceed to checkout as usual.
2. Estimated Delivery Time:
- Preorders typically involve a waiting period before the products are ready for shipment. (Check the Description if that item is a PreOrder)
- All On Hands Pieces ships out in 2-3 Business Days
3. Payment and Reservation:
- Payment is processed at the time of placing the preorder to secure your reservation.
4. Updates and Communication:
- We will keep you informed about the progress of your preorder via email updates.
- In case of any unforeseen delays, we will promptly notify you and provide an updated delivery estimate.
5. Shipping and Tracking:
- Once your preorder item(s) are ready for dispatch, we will notify you via email with tracking information.
- Regular shipping rates apply to preordered items.
7. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Preorders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. However, if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
